Your message will make a lasting impression if the artwork for personalizing your chosen products is crisp and clean. If you are not sure of the requirements please read the sections on 'Imprinting Methods' and 'Preparing
Artwork' before submitting any files. The most common problems we encounter is artwork that is of a low resolution and when printed creates boxy or unsharp images. Please read the section below for requirements. Shoould you need any assistance please give us a call.
Image Programs In Order of Preference:
Adobe Illustrator®
(Preferably saved as vector art)
Adobe Photoshop®
(.eps format)
Corel Draw® * IBM-PC only
(All text converted to "curves" and file exported to "Adobe Illustrator EPS" format)
Macromedia Freehand®
(All text must be converted to "curves" and file exported to "Adobe Illustrator EPS" format)
Other Programs - Save artwork as vector in .eps format
(We may not be able to view other program files, please convert them to adobe compatible formats.)
Be sure to read specific program instructions in the 'Preparing Artwork' section for each artwork program.
If sending multiples files allong with the artwork, such as included images and/or fonts it is recommended that these be placed in an archive such as a Zip file (PC) of StuffIt
Package (Macintosh).
Submitting Artwork
We can accept your artwork either by mail at the following address, or directly through the web. If your are submitting artwork for items ordered through the Dream Store please use the Artwork Submittal form in the store. For custom products please use the link on this page to submit your artwork.
